Reasons why negative thoughts come in our mind and how to stay positive??

I hope you all are good,  and full of positive thoughts, as by reading the topic you all come to know that what I’m going to tell you in this blog, yeah!! you are right I’m going to tell you that how you live with positive thinking and how you able to attain a positive attitude.

Look, for positive thoughts firstly your attitude should be positive, yeah!! Yeah!! I know how difficult it is especially for a human being not to think negative, as according to human nature we attract towards bad things or thoughts more easily as compare to good things or thoughts.

A human mind is something which can think,  process the thoughts and memorize them, and that’s make humans different from the other animals.

There are many factors which are responsible for negative thoughts :

1. Stress :

It is a feeling of physical or emotional tension. It can come from any event or thought that makes you feel frustrated, angry or nervous. Stress is your body’s reaction to a challenge or demand. In short burst, stress can be positive, such as when it helps you avoid danger or meet a deadline.

2. Sleep deprivation :

Researchers found that people who reported frequent sleep disturbances tended to fixate on negative emotions more. The less sleep the people had, the longer it took them to get over a negative emotion. Repetitive negative thoughts caused by sleep deprivation may lead to depression and anxiety disorder.

3. Anxiety about the present :

We not only have fear of the future, but we also worry about the present. Eliminate the anxiety by controlling your daily life. Look, every day is just like the other days but every day has something good or positive in it. So, don’t look at the worst part of the day but look at the good in it.

4. Fear of the future :

People naturally fear the unknown and the unknowable, but people forgot that the future doesn’t exist. Fear of the future stems from a perceived lack of control about your future.

5. Shame in your past :

Sometimes we do things that we aren’t very proud of. We do things that don’t turn out the way we thought they would. Everyone makes mistakes and no one is perfect. So why do you expect yourself to be perfect? So, just try to forget your past and move on, focus on your present and do your best in present and just forgot about the future because if you give your best in present then definitely you have a bright future. Always think positive because negative thoughts just let you and your self-confidence down nothing else so stay positive.

6. Overanalyzing :

When making important decisions, it is wise to take your time and consider your options. However, assessing the alternatives can evolve into obsessing about them. The reality is that no matter how much you think about a decision, there is no way to know with certainty what will result from making a particular choice. Allow yourself a reasonable amount of time for research and reflection, but then make your choice and just stick to it.

7. Outward-directed anger :

We have all been mistreated by someone, whether that is family member, a friend or a stranger. In some cases, these experiences can cause us to have a negative opinion not only of that person but everyone like them or just everyone. We start to assume the worst about people and those negative feelings can cause us to lash out or completely withdraw. A healthier approach when you are consumed by anger and cynical thoughts about someone is to try and see the world from their point of view.

There are some benefits of positive thinking :

Staying positive provide great resistance to the common cold. Better psychological and physical well-being. Better cardiovascular health and reduced risk of death from cardiovascular disease. Better coping skills during hardships and times of stress.

1. Positive thinker copes with stress faster and more effectively :

In an unpleasant situation happens, they concentrate on solving it rather than thinking that the things are out of their control. Actually, they are less subjective to stress as they don’t have a habit to concentrate on their negative thoughts.

2. Better health :

It’s proven that those who think positively live longer and feel better than those who doesn’t? All negative emotions reflect immediately on our body, and when we are stressed and have depressive thoughts, we face sleep problems, our muscles become tense, we become anxious and feel dissatisfied with everything. And as we get rid of the destructive thought, we also get rid of their physical result.

3. You have a better relationship with people :

Positive and open-minded people make a better first impression and usually have a lot of friends. People usually are attracted towards positive persons and want to maintain a friendship with them, that’s why positive thinkers have an active social life.

4. A positive way of thought lets you be more focused and concentrated :

When you realize that the problem is not the end of the world. You learn to stay more focused when you face the problem. As a result, you can make the right decision even in a difficult situation.

5. More confidence :

A positive way of thought learns you to be more confident. You don’t want to pretend and be someone else, you learn to love yourself and to be yourself, and it boosts your confidence.

6. Positive thinkers are more successful in their life :

Positive people tend not to concentrate on their failures and see more life opportunities. They are open to learning and trying something new. That’s why they are more successful in their careers.

7. They have a happier life :

The optimistic people usually live a happier and more productive life. Remember the law of attention – if the person thinks positive, then he or she attracts more positive events in life. Don’t concentrate on your problems, be optimistic and your life will change in a better way.
